本文以提高射线成像系统的疵病分辨率为前提，首先在理论上对射线源能量、系统噪声、光学成像、散射等各环节对成像系统的影响进行分析，探讨成像系统的点扩展函数、线扩展函数及其调制传递函数( moduletransferfunction ，简称mtf )获取方法，在此基础上，利用mtf研究微小疵病的扩展特点，从而得到系统的检测灵敏度和分辨率给出关系特性，为系统优化设计提供依据。
